Most products are shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx and may have a SIGNATURE REQUIRED for large dollar amount items (unless otherwise specified).
Please allow up to 48 Business Hours to process and ship your in-stock order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays at 346-599-8122.
All products are shipped out from one of the authorized Planted Motorsports shipping locations. Some of our products may be shipped internationally directly from the manufacturer. Some products ship directly from our shop location in Houston, Texas, some ship from nearby warehouses, and some ship from overseas suppliers. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.
Some items may be imported from overseas. Any import fees, customs duties, or taxes associated with imported items are the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping rates shown at time of checkout on our site are based on a weight estimate and then formulated via the specific shipping courier. The rates do not always consider dimensions. If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. Typically, if an error occurs at our end, we will cover the loss ourselves and NOT pass this on to the consumer. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
In the event a product arrives damaged at your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Planted Motorsports within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment claim may be denied without a refund.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US
Take photos and videos
Keep the product with its original packaging
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Planted Motorsports will contact the shipper or shipping company once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Planted Motorsports.
Once the product is returned and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued. There are NO refunds due to a product arriving damaged. The product will be REPLACED. A damaged shipment is NOT the route to a refund and/or order cancellation. Sometimes certain vendors, products, or situations may require a claims process before credit and/or a replacement can be issued. Allowing this process to unfold is a part of the purchase agreement you are agreeing to.
PLANTED MOTORSPORTS DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
The cost of shipping or re-shipping is not included in any refund or return.
All packages shipped from the Planted Motorsports warehouse are shipped via FedEx, DHL, USPS, or Freight and may require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.
If the package is returned to Planted Motorsports or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay up to a 25% restocking fee plus a 4% transaction fee, in addition to original shipping charges. These fees will be charged to your account on file, will be invoiced to you, or be deducted from your refund.
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Planted Motorsports, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement at no additional cost. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
