RETURNS POLICY

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier cannot be cancelled; these are classified as returns. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, restocking fees will apply if they are applicable. Special order items and custom built items will not be able to be returned. For this reason, it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form.

Return Requirements:

If a product is ordered and no longer wanted, the UNUSED & UNOPENED item may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a 4% transaction fee. These fees are related to costs incurred by return fees from drop shippers, international exchange rates (when applicable), transaction fees, and lost man hours.

To return an item, it must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Brand new, unopened condition with original packaging

  • NO signs of use, damage, installation, or modification

  • Returned within 7 days of the date of delivery

  • Returns are NOT accepted for items which are damaged or have signs of use

If the item cannot be resold, is a special order, or is a custom-made item, we cannot accept a return. We may be able to work something out, as our goal is always to benefit the customer. Each situation is unique, so we must meet these on a case-by-case basis.

No items will be returnable after 7 days.

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Some items may be special order specifically for the customer's vehicle and/or include back order items that require adjusting existing manufacturing orders. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special-order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special-order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

STORE CREDIT

Credit Balance is good for 3 months from the date of issue to use as store credit. Refunds will be handled by the manner originally paid if applicable; otherwise a check will be mailed. Credit memo cannot be converted from terms assigned, i.e. credit card payment to cash etc. All cash payments will be refunded via check.

In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit.

IN STOCK VS. OUT OF STOCK STATUS

Planted Motorsports does not guarantee accuracy of stock count displayed on websites. For immediate shipment, customers should contact Planted Motorsports to verify stock availability before purchase.

FEES SUMMARY

  • Restocking Fee: 25% of item price

  • Transaction Fee: 4% on all purchases

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable in either direction unless approved by Planted Motorsports

  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility

  • Import Fees/Customs Duties: Customer responsibility (where applicable)
